Tips Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on August 08, 2014, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Result for the quarter ended June 30, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992 and the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company, the Trading Window shall remain closed for directors, officers and designated employees of the Company from July 31, 2014 to August 09, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of declaration of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended on June 30, 2014.
