Tirupati Industries India Ltd has informed BSE that a failure in the process flow at the Companys plant located at Dheku has resulted in the spoilage of material and contamination of stock.<BR><BR>The Company is assessing the damage and possibility of recovery or loss reduction. The intimation of potential loss will be submitted once the assessment is completed.<BR><BR>The intimation is to put on record the material event that may have adverse impact on the Companys financial performance.
