Tirupati Sarjan Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 31, 2016, has passed necessary resolution : <BR><BR>1. Conversion of 37,51,515 warrants into equity shares in third & last tranche.<BR><BR>2. Considered and discussed about the new work awarded to Company for Construction of Super Specialty block at Govt. Medical College, Aurangabad, Maharashtra and their maintenance during Defects Liability Period of Rs. 63.17 Crore.<BR><BR>The entire work will be completed within 18 (Eighteen) calendar months from the date of Commencement of work.
