Titan Company Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 16, 2016, inter alia, to consider declaration of interim dividend, if any, for the Financial Year 2015-16.<BR><BR>Further, pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, further Company noted that the Trading Window of the Company for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed from the time of this notice and shall be opened on March 18, 2016.
