Torrent Cables Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 12, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve the annual accounts and audited financial results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2014 and to consider dividend based on the performance of the Company.<br/><br/>Further, pursuant to Code of Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company and applicable SEBI Regulations, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company stands closed from April 01, 2014 for designated employees and Directors of the Company and will be opened after 24 hours of the approval and submission of the audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2014 with the Stock Exchange.
