With reference to the earlier announcement about the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company to be held on January 21, 2014, inter alia, for considering and approving the Audited Financial Results on Standalone basis and Unaudited Financial Results (with limited review) on Consolidated basis of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended on December 31, 2013, Torrent Pharmaceuticals Ltd has now informed BSE that in the above meeting the Board would also consider payment of Interim Dividend for the year 2013-14.
