Torrent Power Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 10, 2016, inter-alia, to consider declaration of the Interim Dividend on the equity shares of the Company for the FY 2015-16.<BR><BR>Further the Company inform that the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company by the insiders stands closed from March 04, 2016 and will re-open 48 hours after the submission of outcome of the Board Meeting to the Stock Exchanges.
