Renu Challu tendering her resignation as Independent Director effective from closing hours of May 12, 2015.<BR><BR>Accordingly, the Board has accepted her resignation at the Board meeting held on May 12, 2015 and placed on record its appreciations for the valuable services rendered by her to the Company during her tenure as Independent Director of the Company.
