Tree House Education & Accessories Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 19, 2015 to September 25, 2015 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Final Dividend & Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 25, 2015.<BR><BR>The Dividend on Equity Shares, if approved by the Members at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company, will be credited / dispatched to the members on September 30, 2015 onwards.
