| Tree House Education & Accessories Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 29, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve:<BR><BR>1. The Audited Financial Results of the Company on Standalone basis for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2016 & Auditors' Report for the financial year ended March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>2. To recommend dividend, if any, on equity shares of the company for the financial year 2015-16<BR><BR>Further, pursuant to Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in terms of Tree House Education & Accessories Limited - Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders, the trading window for Directors, Designated Employees and Specified Persons as defined in the Code shall remain closed from starting of trading hours of May 23, 2016 to closing of trading hours of May 31, 2016. | |
