Tricom India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 12, 2015, inter alia, to consider the following:<BR><BR>1. Preferential Allotment of shares as per the provisions of chapter VII of SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2009.<BR><BR>Further for the said purpose as per the Companys internal code for prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for the Companys Directors/ officers and designated employees of the Company from January 10, 2015 to January 14, 2015.
