Trident Ltd has informed BSE that a Board Meeting of the Company will be held on May 12, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and financial year ended on March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, the Company has decided that the "Trading Window" of the Company shall remain closed with effect from 6.00 pm on April 22, 2016 and will re-open at 9.00 am on May 16, 2016 in accordance with the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading as adopted by the Company in compliance of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
