TTK Healthcare Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2016, inter alia, for considering and approving the Audited Financial Results (Standalone) of the Company for the Fourth Quarter and the year ended March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the shares of the Company will remain closed from May 23, 2016 to June 01, 2016 (both days inclusive) Accordingly, all the designated employees (including Directors) of the Company have been intimated not to trade in the Companys shares during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
