With reference to Increase in Price, Tulsi Extrusions Ltd has Clarified to BSE as under:<br/><br/>"No significant event has happened in the Company neither in terms of Financially nor in terms of Administratively and no other events has been held in the Company for which Company is liable to disclose under clause 36 of listing agreement.<br/><br/>Further nothing significant has been done in recent past which have any price movement in our scrip and we too have noted this upward movement with great surprise."
