Tuni Textile Mills Ltd has informed BSE that Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held on May 14, 2015 have formulated and adopted "Code fox Fair Disclosure and Code of Conduct" as per Regulation 8(1) and 9(1) of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015<BR><BR>As required by Regulation 8(2) of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Company has submitted the 'Code for Fair Disclosure and Code of Conduct'.<BR><BR>This will also be published on Company website.
