TV Today Network Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 06, 2015, inter alia, to take on record and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on December 31, 2014.<BR><BR>Further, in terms of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the Trading Window of the Company shall remain closed for the purpose of declaration of Un-audited financial results of the Company from January 20, 2015 and would remain closed till 24 hours after the announcement of unaudited financial results of the Company to the public (both days inclusive).
