TV Today Network Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 25, 2016, inter alia, to:<BR><BR>1. Consider and approve the Audited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the financial year ending March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>2. Consider and approve the Audited Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the financial year ending March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>3. Consider and recommend Dividend, if any for the financial year ending March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, in terms of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and companys code of conduct for prohibition of insider trading, the Trading Window of the Company shall remain closed for the purpose of declaration of Audited financial results for the year ended March 31, 2016, from April 26, 2016 and would remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of outcome of the Board meeting (both days inclusive).
