TVS Electronics Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 01, 2014 to September 04, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 19th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 04, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, July 24, 2014 will be the Cut-off date for the purpose of ascertaining eligibility of shareholders for voting through electronic means / physical ballot process in respect of the businesses to be transacted at the Annual General Meeting of the Company.
