| TVS Motor Company Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 29, 2014:<br/><br/>1. Declaration of Second Interim dividend for the year ended March 31, 2014;<br/><br/>- To consider declaration and payment of second interim dividend, if any, to the shareholders of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2014.<br/><br/>2. Annual Audited Financial Results and Accounts of the Company;<br/><br/>- To consider and approve the annual audited financial results and the audited annual accounts of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2014 (both standalone and consolidated).<br/><br/>In view of the above, the trading window for dealing in the Company's scrips by the directors and designated employees of the Company has been closed from April 14, 2014 to April 30, 2014, (both days inclusive), in terms of the Company's Code for Prevention of Insider Trading, read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992. | |
