UCO Bank has informed BSE that in terms of Code of Conduct for prohibition of Insider trading, the trading window for dealing in shares of Bank will remain closed from May 15, 2014 to May 21, 2014 for the Directors/Designated employees of Bank and will be reopened on May 22, 2014 on account of Board Meeting to be held on May 21, 2014, interalia, to approve audited financial results of the Bank for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2014 and for recommendation of dividend, if any.
