UCO Bank has informed BSE that, pursuant to UCO BANK Cede of Conduct for prohibition of Insider Trading read with SEBI (Prohibition Of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in shares of Bank will remain closed for all the Directors, Designated Persons and Insiders from January 27, 2017 to February 02, 2017 (both days inclusive) on account of the Board meeting scheduled to be held on January 31, 2017 to approve unaudited financial results of the Bank for the third quarter ended December 31, 2016. The trading window will be reopened from February 03. 2017 onwards.
