Arun Kaul, Chairman & Managing Director, appointed in the Bank on September 01, 2010 under clause (a) of sub-section 3 of section 9 of The Banking Companies (Acquisition & Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1970/1980 read with the sub-clause (1) of clause 3 and sub-clause (1) of clause 8 of The Nationalised Banks (Management & Miscellaneous Provisions) Scheme, 1970/1980, demitted office on August 31, 2015 on completion of his tenure of 5 years from the date of appointment.
