UCO BANK - Q3 results rescheduled on Feb 13, 2016

With reference to the earlier letter dated January 30, 2016 regarding the meeting of Board of Director of the Bank scheduled to be held on February 10, 2016, to consider unaudited financial results of the Bank for the 3rd quarter ended December 31, 2015.<BR><BR>UCO Bank has now informed BSE that due to unavoidable circumstances and other contingencies the meeting of Board of Directors of the Bank is rescheduled to February 13, 2016, inter alia, to consider unaudited financial results of the Bank for the 3rd quarter ended December 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, in view of the reschedulement of the Board Meeting to consider unaudited financial results for the quater ended December 31, 2015, the period of closure of Trading Window for dealing in shares of the Bank for the Directors/Designated employees of Bank is extended till February 15, 2016 and the Trading Window will be opened for dealing in shares of the Bank since February 18, 2016 in terms of Code of Conduct for prohibition of insider Trading.
