UCO BANK - Board recommends Final Dividend

UCO Bank has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Bank at its meeting held on May 21, 2014, inter alia, has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 1.00 per equity share for the year ended March 31, 2014. With the interim dividend of Rs. 2.00 per equity share paid on January 30, 2014, the total dividend for the year works out to Rs. 3.00 per equity share.
