With reference to the earlier letter dated August 07, 2014 informing the exchange about company's investment plans over next three years, Uflex Ltd has now informed BSE that the Board of Directors at its meeting held on May 28, 2015, have decided to set up an Asceptic Packaging Material Project for packing liquids at Sanand Industrial Area, Gujarat, India.
