Ugar Sugar Works Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has appointed Mr. Hari Y. Athawale as an Additional Independent Director in place of Mr. S. N. Inamdar on the Board w.e.f. November 06, 2015.<BR><BR>The Company also has designated Mr. Rakesh Kapoor as Chairman of Audit Committee, Shvi. Deepak Ghaisas designated as Chairman of Nomination & Remuneration Committee and Dr. M. R. Desai is designated as Chairman of Corporate Social Responsibility Committee.
