Unique Organics Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is being called on February 09, 2017, inter alia, to discuss the below :<BR><BR>- To consider and approve the un-audited financial results for the 3rd quarter ended December 31, 2016 along with Limited Review Report thereon.<BR><BR>Further, As per the Company's CODE OF FAIR DISCLOSURES and CODE OF CONDUCT under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all directors/officers/designated employees of the Company from January 31, 2017 to February 11, 2017 (both days inclusive).
