Unique Organics Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 27, 2015, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of 10% on the face value of the share (Rupee 1 per equity share), subject to approval by shareholders in ensuing AGM.
