Unitech Ltd has informed BSE that :<BR><BR><BR>1. the Board of Directors of the Company through resolution by circulation dated May 23, 2015 has appointed Mr. Sunil Rekhi, Chartered Accountant having wide experience in Finance, and Mr. Chanderkant Jain, an Industrial Engineer having wide experience in Real Estate, as Additional Non-Executive Independent Directors on the Board of the Company with effect from May 23, 2015.<BR><BR>2. the Company has received a letter dated May 18, 2015 from Mr. Anil Harish, a Non-executive Independent Director of the Company tendering his resignation from the office of Director of the Company. The Company has taken into effect the said resignation letter w.e.f. May 23, 2015, the date of receipt of said letter by the Company.<BR><BR>3. the Company has received a letter dated May 23, 2015 from Mr. Ravinder Singhania, a Non-executive Independent Director of the Company tendering his resignation from the office of Director of the Company with immediate effect.
