United Breweries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 27, 2014, inter alia, has recommended payment of a Dividend of Re 0.90 per equity share of Re.1/- for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2014 and has also approved payment of 3% dividend on Cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares to Scottish and Newcastle India Limited.
