United Spirits Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company have passed a resolution in Circulation effective February 02, 2017 and appointed Mr. Randall David Ingber (Mr. Randall) a nominee of Relay B V., an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of Diageo plc, as a non-executive non-independent director on the Board of the Company with effect from February 02, 2017.
