We have to inform you that the 18th annual general meeting of the company has been fixed on 29th September, 2017 at 11:00 at Oyster Airport Hotel, 5-12/1, Nehru Outer Ring Road, Brindavan Gardens, Kishanguda, Shamshabad, Hyderabad, Telangana -501218.<BR> We have also to inform that the Register of members and Share Transfer Books of the company Remain closed from 23th September 2017 to 29th September 2017 (both day inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting. Company would be providing remote e-Voting facility to the shareholder from 26th September 2017 at 09:00 a.m. to 28th September, 2017 at 5:00 p.m. the Cut- Off date for remote e- voting is 22nd September 2017<BR>
