USG Tech Solutions Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 23, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the following business(s):<BR><BR>1. To consider and approve and take on record the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended on September 30, 2015;<BR><BR>2. To issue notice for postal ballot for change of registered office of the Company;<BR><BR>3. To appoint and re-designate Mr. Servesh Gupta as Managing Director of the Company;<BR><BR>4. To appoint Mr. Shiv Kumar Gupta as a Whole Time Director of the Company;<BR><BR>Further the Company has informed that, the Trading window of the Company shall be closed from October 18, 2015 and shall reopen after the expiry of 48 hours from the time of publication of the aforesaid financial results.
