Usha Martin Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 07, 2014, inter alia, consider approval of unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2014 along with Limited Review Report of Auditors.<br/><br/>Further, in accordance with SEBI (Prevention of Insider Trading) Regulation, 1992, the trading window of the Company will be closed with effect from October 31, 2014 to November 08, 2014 (both days inclusive).
