Uttam Galva Steels Ltd has informed BSE about the following changes in the Composition of the Board:<br/><br/>1. Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) has withdrawn it's nominee Smt. Swarnaprabha Sukumar from the Board of Directors of the Company. Accordingly Smt. Swarnaprabha Sukumar has resigned from the Board as Nominee Director.<br/><br/>2. Smt. Swarnaprabha Sukumar has been appointed on the Board as an Additional Director with effect from November 04, 2014. She will act as an Independent Director subject to her appointment in the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.<br/><br/>3. Shri S. G. Tudekar, Whole time Director designated as Director (Works) of the Company has resigned from the Board of the Company upon completion of his tenure effective from October 28, 2014.
