UV Boards Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 14, 2015, inter alia, has transacted the following:<BR><BR>1. The Board has approved the proposal of Disinvestment in M/s. Elementz Trading Pte Ltd., Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company.<BR><BR>2. The Board has considered and approved the resignation of Mr. Raghuram Nath from the post of directorship w.e.f. February 14, 2015.
