VA Tech Wabag Ltd has informed BSE that the Stakeholders Relationship Committee of the Board, vide its resolution passed by circulation dated August 26, 2015 have allotted 14,202 equity shares of Rs.2/- each to the eligible employees under the prevailing ESOP Scheme 2010 of the Company.
