VA Tech Wabag Ltd has informed BSE that next Board Meeting of the Company which is scheduled on May 25, 2017 inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record, the audited financial results (both standalone and consolidated) of the Company for the year ended 31st March 2017 and to consider recommendation of dividend, if any <BR><BR>In view of the above Board Meeting scheduled to be held on May 25, 2017, the trading window for dealing in the Company's equity shares by the designated employees and their dependent family members of the Company will remain closed from May 11 2017 to May 27 2017 (both days inclusive) in compliance with the provisions of Company's Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
