Out of abovementioned shares, 2,54,332 Equity Shares are owned by M/s. Brett Plastics Private Limited, Promoter Group Company and remaining 28,140 Equity Shares are owned by Mr. Sunil Agrawal, Chairman & Managing Director and Promoter of the Company.
