| Value Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 12, 2016, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended on December 31, 2015 and period ended on that date.<BR><BR>Further, as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading ("the Code), pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015; the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company would remain closed for the Insiders covered under the Code from February 06, 2016 till the end of 48 hours after the results are made public on February 12, 2016, for the purpose of consideration of Un-audited Financial Results of the Company. | |
