| Vantage Corporate Services Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August, 29, 2015, have taken on records and approved the following business:<BR><BR>1. Considered & Approved of Audited Annual Accounts, Directors' Report, Report on Corporate Governance, Auditors' Report and Annexures thereon for the financial year 2014-2015 after taking into account the impact of the Scheme of arrangement between Vantage Corporate Services Limited (VCSL) and Vantage Knowledge Academy Limited (VKAL) for the demerger and transfer of Education business Service undertaking of VCSL into VKAL duly sanctioned by the Hon'ble High court of Bombay vide its order dated July 10, 2015.<BR><BR>2. The Board of Directors has decided to hold its 24th Annual General Meeting on September 30, 2015 at LN College, Opp. Gen. Kariappa Flyover, Rajendra Nagar, Borivli (E), Mumbai - 400066, at 10.30 a.m. | |
