We refer to our earlier intimation dated December 14, 2019 and in this regard, we hereby inform you that, pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30and Regulation 42(2) of the LODR Regulations, Friday, December 27, 2019 has been fixed as the record date for identification of existing shareholders for delisting of the equity shares.<BR> We further inform you that upon implementation of the Resolution Plan, the Company shall be delisted in accordance with the provisions of the SEBI ( Delisting of the Equity Shares) Regulations, 2009.<BR> <BR>
