Pursuant to provisions of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulati0ns, 2015, this is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on 8th November, 2017 has re-appointed Mr. Devandra Bhushan Jain as an Additional Director (Independent, Non Executive) of the Company w.e.f. 8th November, 2017. His term of appointment is for three years and the same in subject to approved by members of the company in the General meeting.<BR> <BR> Mr. Devandra Bhushan Jain neither has a pecuniary relation nor is otherwise related to any director of the Company.
