With reference to the above captioned subject, we wish to inform you that Trading Window for buying / selling / dealing / trading in the shares of Vascon Engineers Limited ("the Company") shall be closed with effect from April 01, 2024 pursuant to Vascon''s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading & SEBI ( Prohibition of Insider Trading Code), Regulations, 2015. The Trading Window shall be opened after 48 hours of conclusion of the Board Meeting, in which the Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Year ended March 31, 2024 shall be approved. The date of the Board Meeting shall be intimated to you separately.
