Vedanta Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 14, 2015, inter alia, to consider and evaluate amalgamation of Cairn India Limited with the Company.<BR><BR>Further, pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations), 2015 and the Code for Prevention of Insider Trading (Code) of the Company, the trading window is closed from June 12, 2015 to June 16, 2015 for the designated employees of the Company as defined in the Code.
