Vedanta Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on April 29, 2015, have<BR>approved the revised Code of Conduct, i.e., Vedanta Limited Insider Trading Prohibition Policy, 2015 and the Code of Practices and Procedures for fair disclosure of unpublished price sensitive information in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.<BR><BR>The said Codes are also being published on the Companys website www.vedantalimited.com
