| Veejay Lakshmi Engineering Works Ltd has informed BSE that the merger of Veejay Lakshmi Textiles Ltd with the Company with effect from April 01, 2014 (appointed date) as per scheme of amalgamation was sanctioned by the Hon'ble High Court of Judicature at Madras on July 10, 2015 in Company Petition Nos. 167 of 2015, under the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 1956. The merger became operational on July 31, 2015 with the filing of Form INC-28 with the Registrar of Companies. | |
