Veerkrupa Jewellers Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 30/10/2023 ,inter alia, to consider and approve with reference to our intimation dated 6th October, 2023, Please note that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company that was re-scheduled to be held on Monday, October 23, 2023, is again rescheduled due to unavoidable reasons / circumstances and now will take place on Monday, October 30, 2023 inter-alia to consider and adopt the Unaudited Financial Results for the half year and quarter ended September 30, 2023. Pursuant to our intimation dated September 30, 2023; the trading window of the Company shall remain closed till 48 hours after announcement / declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the half year and quarter ended September 30, 2023.
