Vesuvius India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting scheduled to be held on February 27, 2017 will take on record the Audited Financial results of the Company for the financial year ended on December 31, 2016 and will also consider recommendation of dividend for approval by the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
