Viceroy Hotels Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company (2 of FY 2015-16) is scheduled to be held on August 14, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results (both Standalone & Consolidated) for the First Quarter ended June 30, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, as per the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading as framed under the Securities Exchange Board of India (Prevention of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed from August 07, 2015 to August 16, 2015 (both days inclusive). The trading window shall remain open from August 17, 2015.
